For six months, Arbitrator Gregory compels William Morris and Loeb & Loeb LLP to produce e-mails in which WMA employees were caught referring to African Americans as "nigger,""nigga,""coon,""Uncle Tom," and "monkey. They never comply with his orders and no adverse inference or sanctions were imposed. In the midst of their noncompliance, Gregory says in July 2013 that he cannot make a final decision on any matter before him until after we have discovery and an oral hearing. Although none of these things have happened, Gregory prematurely dismissing my conspiracy claims, while simultaneously admitting smoking gun evidence which proves conspiracy into the evidence of record!! Now, after filing my Emergency Motion to Compel, he refuses to accept my Reply, suspends all discovery and says he's ready to make a final decision! This is a complete violation of my constitutional rights to due process and equal protection under the law!!!
